My day in photos.

Made a peach cheesecake yesterday using a new recipe. Instead of using cream cheese + sweetened creamer (which is sickly sweet), I tried a whipping cream + cream cheese mixture instead.

Note to self: NEVER, NEVER whip cream while watching tv

I wasn't paying attention to the cream and before I knew it, it became foamy so quickly x.x ... and the recipe called for 80% foamy OTL

And this is a non-bake cake which means... yeap, I poured more than half a 'small bottle' of that gelatin powder in XP I was afraid it wouldn't solidify ;______;

It did solidify nicely in the end 8D
